How Does Our TESOL Course Guarantee Work?
If you’re not happy with your online TEFL course, just give the guys in our customer support team a call to talk over your problems. If they cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, you’ll get a refund within 7 days.
For all classroom courses, speak to your tutor on the first day. Again, if your problem cannot be resolved your tutor will pass your details back to our team to initiate the refund. And again, expect that to take about 7 days.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
